Description:This QUV accelerated weather tester is imported from the U.S.A. Its approximate UV exposure range if 122 to 176°F and approximate test capacity is 48 samples (3" x 6", 60/120V, 1,500W). The weathering characteristics of a material are extremely important to a consumer or a designer of outdoor use products. Artificial aging or weathering tests can determine the effects of the environment on polymers. The majority of materials that are subjected to environment degrade their electrical, mechanical, and optical properties which may result in premature failure of the product. For these reasons weathering tests have been developed to expose samples to simulated sunlight, moisture and heat.
