Description:

MD-313 is a kind of high quality environment-friendly waterborne putty which is suitable for many kinds of interior surfaces, such as cement, brick wall, plasterboard etc. It is easily applied, and can achieve a very smooth surface after application.

Where to use:
All the inorganic interior surface of construction, including sand rendering, concrete precast, plasterboard, brick wall, mosaic etc.

Application Instructions:
1. Surface Preparation: 
a. The surface should be flat, smooth and free of dust, grease and other contaminants. 
b. A layer of under coarse putty isneeded if the surface is most uneven.
c. The new cement mortar wall should bemaintained at least 14 days before the application of the putty. 
d. If the weather is hot and dry or thesurface is porous, wet the surface with water and then apply the putty.
2. Application Method: 
a. Mix the powder with water and additiveat the suitable ratio, and then use electrical blender to stir evenly. 
b. Keep the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes, andthen stir it again to achieve the best result. 
c. Finally apply the putty on the wallwith the scraper or the spraying gun. 
3. Mixing Ratio (powder: water):  25: (8-9)
4. Application Tool: electrical blende, spraying gun, grinding tools etc.

5. Application Internal (hr):4 hours
6. Thickness of Putty(mm): 0.8-1.5 mm
7. Polish Time (hr): within 18-36 hours after application
8. Maintenance Time: after application, the putty should be maintained at least 2-5 days before apply the paint. Fierce sanding is prohibited. 

Good Reminds:
1. Application temperature: 5C-40C
2. Control the mixing ratio of powder and water strictly to avoid too thick or too thin and damage its performance.
3. Add more powder into the mixture if too much water in it instead of pouring out the water.
4. The finished mixture (putty) should be used up within 4 hours.
5. Can not be scraped on the wood board and metal board directly.
6. Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.
