Description:
Maydos Chloroprene Rubber Adhesive is a multi-purpose contact adhesive with strong
bonding ability, it is made with up-to-date technology and equipment, it has super viscidity
and long service life.
Where to Use:
Suitable for industries such as architectural decoration, furniture manufacture, automobile,
packing, advertising, shoes, leather, rubber, textile, toy, and home decoration. It can be
widely used for both hard-to-contact materials like anti-firing plate, aluminum-plastic plate
and PVC board, and common board like wood board, plywood, floor board, furniture,
wallpaper, polyester plywood, bamboo board, asbestos board, carpet, rubber, etc.
Features:
1. Fast bonding speed, excellent and long lasting bonding power
2. Compared with conventional adhesives, the difference is obvious (excellent) when
contact anti-firing plate, aluminum-plastic plate and PVC board.
3. Good protective properties after hardening: anti petro, anti acid and alkali, impact
resistant. Effectively prolong the service life of contacted objects.
4. Extra heat and cold resistant after hardening: Endurable when temperature is between
-50 and 100

Application:
1. Surface conduct: the grease, smirch, rust, moisture of the contacted surface must be
cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber etc must be matted.
2. Brushing: the effect will be better if stir thoroughly or make the pot inverted repeatedly in
order to mix the glue before use. The contacted surface is brushed by the adhesive in thin
layer, brushing toward a same aspect for air getting out to strengthen the powerful viscidity.
3. Airing: wait for 5 to 25 minutes (25 Celsius) after brushing, until the condition is proper to
agglutinate.
4. Contacting: contacting is level one time because the viscidity is super powerful, add
pressure or tapping for the super viscidity of continuate adhesive.
Packing: 0.7L, 1L, 2L, 3L, 4L, 12L, 15L, 18L and 200L
Dosage: 195-250g/m2
Application Tools: Brusher, Scroller, Shaver, Trowel, etc.
Storage Condition: keep it out of touch of children, store in cool, dry and ventilated place.
The storing temperature shall range 5 - 35 Celsius, and the relative humidity shall be <80%.
Shelf Life: 18 months
Good Reminds:
1. The most suitable temperature and humidity for contacting (bonding): 20-30,
humidity: 55%-75%
2. Adhesive contains VOC, easily burnt, keep away from fire. Make sure the construction
site is well ventilated.
