Modified SBS Adhesive
Description:
Maydos Modified SBS Adhesive (AA06) is formulated from excellent materials. It has good
features such as easy application, rapid drying speed, strong viscosity, anti-ultraviolet
radiation after solidification, anti-damp and aging-resistant.
Where to Use:
It is suitable for bonding different materials such as plywood, board, floorboard, wallpaper,
veneer, anti-firing plate, fiber, aluminum-plastic plate, leather etc.
Features:
1. Healthy: Adopt benzene free, no hazardous materials and additives, low VOC, protect
the applicator and consumers health.
2. High solid content: Solid content exceeds 34%, much higher than conventional adhesive,
effectively save adhesive consumption (dosage) by 30%-40%.
3. Freezing temperature resistant: no influence at -15 to -20. It is easy for transport
and bonding in winter.
4. Super first-bonding power, good penetration property, fast drying.
5. Stable performance: moisture resistant after hardening, water-immersion resistant, good
impact resistant, long service life.

Application:
1. Surface treatment: the grease, dust, moisture on the bonding surface must be cleaned

off. Surface of bamboo, leather or rubber etc must be matted.
2. Brushing: the effect will be better if you stir thoroughly or make the pot inverted
repeatedly in order to mix the glue before use. Apply the adhesive in thin layer, brush
toward a same aspect to give out the air so as to strengthen the powerful viscosity.
3. Airing: wait for 5 to 30 minutes (25 Celsius) after brushing, until the condition is proper to
agglutinate.
4. Bonding: Aim the two bonding surfaces and try to do the bonding in one time because
the viscosity is super powerful, add pressure or tapping with a hammer.
Packing: 0.7L, 1L, 3L, 4L, 15L, 18L, 200L
Dosage: 3-5SQM/kg
Application Tools: Brusher, Scroller, Spatula, Trowel, etc.
Storage Condition: keep it out of touch of children, store in cool, dry and ventilated place.
The storing temperature shall range 5 - 35 Celsius, and the relative humidity shall be <80%.
Shelf Life: 12 months

≤85%
